Yeast infections are not rare, and most of during our lives will experience it at one point or another. A yeast infection usually affects moist, warm parts of your body for example your mouth. It is probably best known for causing an infection in the vagina, medically known as vulvovaginal candidiasis. A yeast infection is caused by Candida, yeast like fungus that grows on your skin.
